exclusivity and refined beauty. JOB SUMMARY The Ambassador is
responsible for providing a warm and welcoming experience for
guests by assisting with luggage, transportation, and general
inquiries. This role involves greeting guests upon arrival, safely
transporting luggage and providing information about the hotel's
amenities and local attractions. ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES : *
Greet all guests arriving and departing the hotel, hold the front
doors as they enter and exit. Ensure guests feel welcome to the
hotel and provide excellent guest service. * Carry baggage to the
guest's room. * Accurately tag and store luggage for guest as
needed and maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing
luggage. * Safely drive the hotel shuttle van. * Have knowledge of
the hotel property, hotel staff and hotel services, with hours of
operation. * Give clear and accurate directions to hotel facilities
and rooms, as well as local area attractions. * Suggest and "sell"
the amenities of the hotel (i.e., restaurant, lounge, spa, etc.). *
Respond to request for bell services. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: *
High work ethic and self-initiative, ability to work in high
pressure situations. * Maybe required to work varying schedules to
include nights, weekends, and holidays * Proven experience with
strong customer service skills, including the ability to handle
guest complaints and/or concerns. * Possess a valid state driver's
license and safely drive guest vehicles and/or shuttle van. * Have
proof of safe driving record as indicated by Motor Vehicle Record.

provides great experiences for our Guests! PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS *
Ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods of time in
outdoor conditions * Ability to frequently enter, exit, and drive a
variety of vehicles, including those with manual transmissions *
Ability to bend, twist, reach, and use hands and arms to maneuver
vehicles and handle keys and tickets * Ability to lift and/or move
up to 50 pounds occasionally * Ability to work in varying weather
conditions and in a fast-paced environment * Ability to see, hear,
and communicate clearly to ensure guest safety and efficient
