Job Description Position: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Location: Stockton, California Pay: $75,000 - $98,000/yr Key Responsibilities Deliver restorative and rehabilitative occupational therapy services under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist, both on-site and in participants’ homes. Implement individualized treatment plans focused on improving independence, safety, and performance of activities of daily living (ADLs). Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary care team, providing timely updates on participant progress and condition changes. Accurately document treatments, assist with assessments, and support scheduling, equipment maintenance, and care coordination. Qualifications Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program (foreign degrees must be U.S.-equivalency evaluated). Active California Occupational Therapy Assistant license or proof of eligibility. At least two years of clinical experience, preferably working with frail or elderly populations with complex needs. Reliable transportation and the clinical judgment, compassion, and adaptability needed in a community-based care setting.
