Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 4 years of
experience in business development, partnerships, management
consulting, or investment banking, or 2 years with advanced degree.
Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally
across multiple levels of management. Experience managing
agreements or partnerships. Experience in the consumer electronics,
OEMs, telecom, E-Commerce/retail, apps, ads, gaming, or technology
industries. Preferred qualifications: MBA or Master's degree. 5
years of experience in business development, partnerships, or a
similar role. Experience working cross-functionally and managing
projects with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Experience leading and closing complex partnership deals, and with
negotiation, structuring, and implementation. Strong analytical and
financial modeling skills, with the ability to assess partnership
opportunities and develop business cases. Excellent communication
and people skills, with the ability to build consensus and
influence stakeholders at all levels. About the job Global

digital content in the world. As a Strategic Development Senior
Associate, you will be part of a fast-growing and entrepreneurial
team within the Global Partnerships Sellside. You will work closely
with some of the largest and most strategic apps developers and
partners in the market. Additionally, you’ll have a unique
opportunity to collaborate with Google’s Product and Go-to-Market
teams to ensure we build and deploy industry-leading solutions. Our
Strategic Partner Managers are innovators, encouraged to think big
and collaborate with teammates to explore new solutions that meet
the evolving needs of Google’s partners. The Global Partnerships
organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with
Google's partners. Google’s Global Partnerships team works with a
wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their
business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google’s own
Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google’s user
experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel,
Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling
partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth
for a variety of products. The US base salary range for this
full-time position is $113,000-$161,000 bonus equity benefits. Our
salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within
the range, individual pay is determined by work location and
additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and
relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about

Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of large sellside mobile apps
partners, helping them drive long-term sustainable revenue and
customer satisfaction with Google’s suite of display ad solutions.
Develop executive-level relationships with partners by becoming a
trusted advisor, providing business and product expertise, and by
providing exceptional customer support. Keep customers up-to-date
on various Google products, features and optimizations, and
identify business and product opportunities via data-driven
analysis to expand Google’s platform. Work with a variety of teams
at Google (e.g., Product, Technical Support, Marketing) to ensure
your publisher partners have access to the resources they need to
succeed. Drive the growth of the overall US Apps development
ecosystem.
