Tony’s Plumbing Service - voted Best of 209 for Plumbing and Water
Heaters - is growing, and we're looking for a Sewer Sales who can
confidently guide homeowners to the right plumbing and water
solutions. This is not a service plumber role. This is a
consultative, in-home sales position where your technical knowledge
and people skills directly drive your income. If you're tired of
running calls without the upside, or you're a natural closer who
wants better support, leads, and earning potential - this role is
for you. What You'll Do Meet with homeowners in their homes (warm,
company-provided leads - no cold knocking) Evaluate plumbing
systems and water quality Present repair, replacement, and upgrade
options clearly and confidently Educate customers so they feel
informed - not pressured Build trust, close sales, and deliver a
5-star customer experience Work closely with service and install
teams to ensure smooth handoffs What We’re Looking For 2 Years in
sales experience (plumbing highly desired) Valid driver's license
with clean driving record Bring in-depth plumbing knowledge to
drive business growth and provide expert support You're driven,
self-motivated, and love setting (and smashing) goals Excellent
communication and follow-though - you build trust fast Comfortable
working flexible hours (evenings/weekends when customers are home)
