Job Description:
We have an immediate need for 2 positions: Loan Processor and
Booker/Transaction Coordinator
Booker/Transaction Coordinator is responsible for scheduling loan
signing with clients. Review and confirm loan terms with clients
(loan program, loan amount, interest rate, payment amount, shortage
of funds at close of escrow, impounds, automatic payment, etc.)
After the signing is scheduled, the FSII-booker will generate
documents from Empower and prepare package for shipping. ($18 -
$26)
Loan Processor is responsible for processing and managing a
pipeline of 75-100 residential mortgage loans per month. The key
functions are collecting pertinent loan information, performing
clerical functions and gathering documentation according to
underwriting guidelines. The FSII will maintain the highest level
of customer service and quality. ($18 - $28)
