Reporting to the Director of Operations, Business, and Content, this role is pivotal in managing and driving communication projects that align with our strategic objectives, while also driving program management perfection across the organization.What you will accomplish:

• Program Management:Lead and coordinate the planning, execution, and successful delivery of communication projects. Implement program management methodologies to ensure projects are aligned with organizational goals, completed on time, and within budget.
• Strategic Planning:Collaborate with the Director to develop and implement strategic business initiatives that optimize operational processes and drive company growth.
• Internal Communications:Improve internal communication channels to ensure clarity, consistency, and effective dissemination of information across the organization.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work collaboratively with various departments to integrate communication initiatives with broader business objectives, encouraging a cohesive approach to strategy execution.
• Data Analysis:Leverage metrics and feedback to assess communication efficiency, providing insights and actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Stakeholder Management:Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, serving as the primary liaison for communication projects and ensuring alignment with strategic goals.What you will bring:
  • Proven experience in program management within a communications or operations context, with a track record of delivering complex projects successfully.
  • Strong strategic thinking and organizational skills, with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable plans.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, adept at conveying complex ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong prioritization and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in program and project management tools and communication platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders, encouraging collaboration and teamwork.
  • Experience in business strategy and operations is a plus.#LI-GJPThe base pay range for this position is expected in the range below:$140,800 - $188,000Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave).
