Product Management, Pharmacy and Health, the Pharmacy and Health
team is seeking a Product Designer who is skilled in both UX/UI
best practices and UX research to understand end-user needs and
design a simple, clean, and intuitive user experience and user
interfaces as we imagine Pharmacy and Health experiences for our
customers. There are very few places where you can have this much
customer and business impact. If you're up to the challenge, we'd
love to talk to you!MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES--- Solve multifaceted
customer problems by synthesizing behavioral data to create simple
and intuitive experiences for future of Pharmacy and Health.---
Based on end-user understanding build user flow diagrams,
interaction patterns, design specs, wireframes, mental models,
information architecture, and prototypes using design thinking
methodology.--- Participate in, and often lead, customer research
with clear input and output metrics, a testable hypothesis, and
plan to learn and build experiences which will redefine how
customers interact with pharmacy and health.--- Collaborate
successfully with other designers, content strategists, product
managers, product developers, marketers, and researchers--- Share a
strong point of view, backed up by design rationale, customer data,
and industry trendWHAT WE ARE SEARCHING FORTeam member: You have

are opportunities for iterative solutions. You are constantly
looking for ways to hone your design skills and
knowledge.QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:--- 1-8+ years of experience
in interaction design, product design, service design, or related
field--- Bachelor's or master's degree in Product Design,
Human-Computer Interaction Design, or other relevant field;
Master's preferred or equivalent relevant experience (PhD - will be
a plus but not required)--- Robust knowledge of design principles
and methods--- Inquisitiveness and commitment to testing new ideas
and innovating to drive business results--- Strong communicator,
presenter, and negotiator--- Expertise conveying ideas and concepts
through storyboarding, wireframing, and prototyping--- Mastery of
design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Invision--- A
well-presented online portfolio demonstrating your strong craft and
collaborative processNICE TO HAVE'S:--- Past experience in
Ecommerce a big plus, but not required.--- BA/BS or graduate degree
in HCI, Psychology, or other related fields.--- ADA certification
is a big plus, but not required.
