Immediate need for a Call Center - Customer Service OR Dispatch
agent seeking a fun working environment, a stable and fast growing
company. Our ideal candidate will possess clear communication skill
, the ability to take on many tasks and adhere to strict deadlines

need to have STRONG Call Center background. You will be responsible
for handling multiple phone lines, answering customer questions,
heavy order taking, handling customer billing issues and handling
escalated phone calls.
?Interprets signal activity and follows action patterns and special
instructions for proper handling.
?Provides verification of alarms by calling premises.
?Provides information and interpretation of events transpiring
on-site for responding authorities and contact personnel.
?Coordinates communications between premises representatives and
?Follows up with agencies and responsible contact for event outcome
and response times
?Handles trouble signals including customer and/or dealer
?Creates Services Jobs where signal traffic or where customer
?Provides quality service, prompt response and follow up to each
?Document all conversations with customers, contacts and responding
agencies in STAGES notes
?Work within a team to identify customers with chronic problems, or
meeting potential attrition risk factors, and resolve in a timely
and professional manner.
?If bi/multi-lingual, handles contact duties within language
skill-set. ?Actively participates in team meetings.
?Represents the company in a professional manner.
?Completes assigned tasks in a timely fashion.
?Available to work any shift and any days, while maintaining an
on-time attendance record.
?Other duties as assigned.
?Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication with
customers, dealers, department personnel and other Team
?Accepts assignments with an open, cooperative, positive team
?Demonstrates the ability to multi task.
?Possesses strong organizational skills.
?Exercises independent judgment and effective problem solving
?Working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook, MASterMind and
