Under the guidance of the VP Risk Management, the Risk Analyst is
primarily responsible for the enterprise Business Continuity
Program (BCP) including successful development, implementation, and
maintenance of the BCP plan. The primary program components are the
enterprise-wide business impact analysis (BIA), the business
continuity planning process, conducting BC exercises and
coordination with Disaster Recovery planning.
Updates and maintains governance around BCP Program
Coordinates with internal business partners to update BCP-related
Identifies risks and creates mitigating action plans relating to

enhance operations, conducts appropriate analysis, and searches for

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
3-5 years of work experience, preferably in a financial
2-3 years of Direct BCP responsibilities
Experience in a BCP fundamentals
Responds quickly to new challenges.
Acts with integrity in all decision making.
Proficient in Microsoft Office products and comfortable using
third-party BCP administrative software.
Strong communication skills
Demonstrates ability to present with impact and communicate
