Cook with driving duties - Full Time - Monday through Friday -
in Pleasanton, CA This position will be based in Pleasanton and
drive/deliver to Oakland, CA Food. Cooking. Creativity. Is this

Summary: Deliver and prepare foods and other foodstuffs as required
in a visually appealing manner to Guckenheimer standards in a
timely manner. Prep food and make deliveries to another location 30
minutes away at the designated time. Prepare meals , attractively
arranging them, with all required utensils and condiments.

Responsibilities: Prepare and gather food ingredients Organize
deliveries so they are made efficiently and on time. Drive company
van; pick up and deliver food. Delivery of all food items to the
location 30 minutes away Deliveries are required to be in a
professional and unobtrusive manner. Substitute for or assist for
onsite barista break Return vehicle at end of day to starting
location Follow all safety rules and actively prevent accidents.

Comply with all ServSafe and HACCP programs and principles.
Essential Skills and Experience: Ability to correctly and safely
use standards kitchen equipment. Chefs' knives; carts; chafing
dishes and sterno, lift gates, risers. Knowledge of food products,
quality control, and techniques for food presentation. Knowledge of
standard grab n go presentation. Organize work to insure on time
deliveries. Accepting of criticism and dealing calmly and
effectively with high stressful situations Able to read and
comprehend basic recipes and make on time Current ServSafe
certification Must possess a current state-issued driver license
and acceptable motor vehicle driving report. Experience delivering
food and driving a company van preferred. Reporting to this
position: None Reports to: General Manager FLSA status: Nonexempt
Physical Demands and Work Environment: Must be able to lift a
minimum of 25 . Employee must be able to work on their feet 7.5
hour per day excluding breaks. Employee has to work under pressure
and time deadlines during peak periods. Job requires delivery of
hot and cold food to on campus sites using carts and vans.
