Job Details:
Track
and influence vendor progress for quick-turn parts during
engineering
prototype development.
Ensure
completion of non-disclosure agreements ("NDA") documents with
suppliers
involved
in projects.
Work
with the Waymo purchasing team to finalize purchase orders ("PO")
for
payments.
Track
and provide support for escalating operational problems.
Ensure high-quality
SOWs are written.
Always ensure an appropriate level of legal review and
compliance.
Ensure all
contractual matters for the hardware team are moving through the
process
quickly and efficiently.
Meet with
compliance to make sure we have a good scorecard and take action
to
address areas where we are deficient.
