qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical
experience. 8 years of experience in product management or related
technical role. 6 years of experience within platform,
infrastructure, or regulated product areas with user-facing
experiences (e.g., privacy, security, trust and safety, etc.). 3
years of experience taking technical products from conception to
launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc.). 3
years of experience developing product strategies and launching
technical products. Experience in public policy or relevant
international regulatory frameworks (e.g., ePrivacy, GDPR, DMA,
etc.). Preferred qualifications: Master's degree in a technology or
business related field. 4 years of experience in a role preparing
and delivering technical presentations to senior leadership.
Experience leading and partnering with high-performing
cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, UX/UI, program
management, data science, etc.). Track record of leading through
ambiguity, managing customer/client needs, and navigating a
complex, multi-layered stakeholder landscape. Outstanding
collaboration, facilitation, and communication skills. About the

company. The US base salary range for this full-time position is
$192,000-$278,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are
determined by role, level, and location. Within the range,
individual pay is determined by work location and additional
factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant

Responsibilities Translate fragmented global regulatory
requirements into scalable product requirements. Break down complex
problems into steps that drive product development. Analyze
quantitative signals and qualitative insights to prioritize a
high-impact roadmap. Build durable, long-term capabilities that
future-proof the company. Facilitate launches, maintenance, and
retirement in collaboration with other cross-functional teams and
stakeholders. Partner with Engineering, UX, Data Science, and Legal
to influence decentralized teams, design user-centric and coherent
experiences across product surfaces, and deliver critical
compliance and strategic milestones while maintaining a high bar
for product excellence.
