Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic Business Development & Customer Success
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to identify
growth opportunities and drive business outcomes.
- Develop technology strategies that accelerate customers'
digital transformation journey.
- Trusted Advisory & Industry Expertise
- Engage with Business and IT leaders to understand their
business challenges and industry trends.
- Engage early with customer technology and business leaders to
establish strong relationships and gain insight into their evolving
challenges and needs
- Develop and present thought leadership on emerging technology
trends, such as AI strategies, hybrid cloud solutions, and digital
experience transformation.
- Craft compelling value propositions that align client business
needs with technological advancements
- Enterprise Architecture & Though Leadership
- Deep understanding of cloud computing (Azure/AWS), AI,
security, data platforms, and enterprise IT architectures.
- Compare and evaluate Microsoft solutions against competing
platforms like AWS and Google Cloud to recommend optimal
solutions.
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends, technologies, and
best practices to drive innovative, competitive enterprise
solutions
- Develop and propose a technological roadmap that aligns with
the customer's business objectives.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and future-ready to
support long-term growth.
- Executive & Stakeholder Management
- Build strong relationships with Business and IT leaders to
drive adoption and advocacy.
- Influence decision-making by providing strategic technology
guidance and risk assessment.
- Communication & Influence
- Deliver compelling storytelling and executive presentations to
articulate business value.
- Drive alignment across technical and non-technical stakeholders
through clear, persuasive communication.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Leadership
- Partner with senior leadership to shape digital strategies and
ensure seamless execution.
- Act as a bridge between business and technology teams, ensuring
alignment and impact.
- Ability to work with sales team strategize for transformational
sales, complex deal pursuit, or consulting sales roles, in the IT
services industry.
- Candidate with enterprise architecture skills having higher
data and AI background is preferred
- Proven record of accomplishment of managing and closing complex
deal cycles that meet customer requirements and expectations.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills,
with the ability to articulate complex concepts and solutions
clearly and concisely
- Strong knowledge and experience in various technology domains,
such as cloud, data, AI, security, network, infrastructure,
applications, etc.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and
collaborative environment, with multiple stakeholders and
teams
- Quick learner and ability to develop point of views
- Keep up with fast evolving technology landscape
- Customer business challenges, IT landscapes, and industry
