Role Overview: HR ASSISTANT (HYBRID – SAN FRANCISCO, BOSTON,
WASHINGTON, D.C.) The Human Resources (HR) Assistant provides vital
administrative and technical support to the HR department, ensuring
the efficiency of daily operations and the integrity of employee
data. This role serves as a key liason for the employee life cycle,
from assisting with corporate recruitment and onboarding to
maintaining digital personnel records and supporting performance
management initiatives. By balancing high-volume data entry with
professional communication, the HR Assistant helps drive the
success of various departmental projects and ensures a seamless

what you do How You'll Help Our Team Succeed: Provides
administrative and coordination support to HR department team
members. Supports corporate and administrative recruitment efforts
including job posting, scheduling, and reference checking. Works
with the Human Resources and Recruiting Team to coordinate new hire
onboarding and orientation process for corporate and administrative
hires, including preparation of new hire materials and orientation
schedules. Assists with the new employee onboarding and I-9
verification processes. Enters, updates and maintains employee
information regarding new hires, office transfers, signing bonus
payments, bonus advances, compensation changes, leaves of absence,
FTE changes, and departures. Assists in creation of documents
related to employee life-cycle changes. Provides administrative
support for the performance evaluation process. This includes
working closely with team members to support the process (i.e.,
sending meeting invites and producing/collecting information and
materials needed for Advisors, Compensation Committee, and Officers
meetings). Creates, maintains and organizes electronic employee
files and saves appropriate documents (offer letters, FTE letters,
resignations, etc.). Runs miscellaneous reports in HRMS. Assists
with day-to-day employee questions, as appropriate. Assists the HR
department team with other ad hoc projects. What You'll Need to Be
Successful: 1 years of HR or administrative experience. Working
knowledge of MS Office required. Exceptional attention to detail
and ability to switch between tasks efficiently. Able to maintain
meticulous employee records and handle confidential
employee-related information. Experience with a HRMS or ATS a plus.
High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education, skills
and experience. Cornerstone Research is offering a competitive
market base salary for this position. The base salary range
represents the low and high end of the salary range for this
position in all eligible locations. This range may differ based on
your geographic location and cost of living considerations. At
Cornerstone Research, we believe compensation is more than just a
base salary. We offer a competitive total compensation package that
includes an annual performance bonus and comprehensive benefits
such as flexible options for healthcare, paid time off, and
retirement savings. Relocation assistance is not offered for this
position. San Francisco: $52,400 - $66,000 Boston: $48,000 -
$60,500 Washington, D.C.: $47,100 – $59,300 We’re looking for
