highly motivated Talent Analyst to join our growing Talent team. We
believe the single greatest driver of long-term success is talent.
The Talent Team plays a critical role across the Evergreen
ecosystem, partnering closely with Platform and Operating Company
executives to place exceptional leaders across our 140 portfolio
companies. By identifying, assessing, and securing world-class
talent, we directly influence the trajectory and performance of our
businesses. Our team is responsible for building strong leadership
pipelines and placing A operators who accelerate growth and create
enduring value. As a Talent Analyst you will meaningfully
contribute toward this vision. This position, based in San
Francisco, offers a competitive compensation package alongside full

The Role: Play an integral role in the hiring process for CEOs,
General Managers, and other Operating Company Executives across our
diverse portfolio of companies Effectively build diverse “top of
funnel” candidate pipelines, including candidate outreach and
engagement Host preliminary phone screens and provide a
best-in-class candidate experience through effective communication
and consistent follow through Lead a full lifecycle recruiting
process for select roles Assess candidates against scorecards and
be a thought-partner on candidate selection Build, nurture, and
maintain a robust network of leadership talent. Contribute to the
development of the talent function as well as other People/Ops Team
initiatives (e.g. process improvements, culture initiatives,
special projects) Maintain talent reporting using our ATS
(Greenhouse) and Excel We encourage you to apply, if: You have

also can thrive independently Qualifications: BA/BS degree or
equivalent practical experience with a commitment as a lifelong
learner 1-2 years of experience in a Talent Acquisition role
(agency experience preferred, executive recruiting experience a big
plus) Other Information: This role is based in our San Francisco
office. The base salary for this role is $80K with a bonus of $20K.
