GENERAL PURPOSE:
This role is responsible for implementing and managing Middleware
platforms that apply new or existing technologies and solutions to
solve business needs in application integration. This individual
will lead/support implementation of integration projects and
responsible for participating in different phases of project,
requirement analysis, proof of concept, design, development,
testing and implementation. Work closely with IT and business to
determine integration requirements and help drive projects from
concept to implementation. Escalation support of production
systems. Serves as a technical expert in the data integrations
area. This critical role will help evolve our middleware platforms
to support large scale initiatives and maintain a long-term
supportable and resilient middleware platform.
The base salary range for this role is $93,200 - $176,550. The base
salary range is dependent on factors including, but not limited to,
experience, skills, qualifications, relevant education,
certifications, seniority, and location. The range listed is just
one component of the total compensation package for employees.
Other rewards vary by position and location.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
--- Plan, manage and support the company's middleware technologies
including MuleSoft, Message broker and API Gateways.
--- Lead a team of middleware developers and support team members
in delivering large and complex integration projects.
--- Install, patch, configure and maintain Mulesoft on-prem runtime
instances. Develop and maintain custom Mulesoft connectors.
--- Technical knowledge with Mulesoft cloud and on-prem
architecture, environment configuration, and deployment models.
--- Strong technical working knowledge and hands-on experience with
platforms Linus/Windows OS, Authentication systems, Networking,
Clustering, Load Balancer, JDBC, Java, SSL, Certs etc.
--- Provide escalation support (L3) of existing production systems
and provide related enhancement activities. Help ensure that proper
testing and business change management practices and procedures are
followed.
--- Contribute to the prototype of design, integration patterns and
implement POC's to support the evolution of the integration
platform.
--- Assist with the design and implementation of integration
solutions in a hands-on manner. Help ensure that all required
system and user documentation is created accurately.
--- Work with application leads on large projects to represent
integration team. Expected to perform technical analysis, internal
consulting, application testing, and application design.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED:
--- At least 7 years of IT experience in middleware
platforms/application development.
--- At least 3 years of experience in systems engineering with
platforms windows/linux
--- At least 3 years of experience in building, deploying API's and
maintenance of MuleSoft runtime environments or equivalent
platform.
--- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in information
systems, computer science, or a related technical discipline.
--- Experience designing & implementing integration platform
solutions, using MuleSoft or equivalent. Experience implementing
Queue based patterns using message brokers, Rabbit MQ or similar
and JMS.
--- Experience managing runtime instances, configuration and patch
management
--- In-depth understanding and knowledge of object-oriented and
middleware concepts, integration patterns, processes and general
trends in the industry.
--- In-depth understanding of canonical model, XML, JSON, SOAP,
REST, RAML, SAML, SFTP, JDBC - application, message, communication
protocols and authentication mechanisms.
--- Strong experience in Java, SQL, PL/SQL, Unix/Linux
scripting.
--- Experience with application servers like WebLogic, Apache
etc.,
--- Demonstrated career progression in technical depth and breadth,
and project complexity; ability to quickly become proficient in new
technologies.
--- Technically competent; able to supervise internal programmers,
analysts, consultants and external vendor resources.
--- Strong analytical, problem solving, and debugging skills
--- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/ADA:
This position requires the ability to work in an office
environment, including using a computer, attending meetings,
working as part of a team, and the ability to communicate with team
members and others.--- Regular attendance also is a requirement of
the position. ---

Occasional Travel may be required
