Deliver specialized nursing care in the Operating Room setting, ensuring patient safety and optimal outcomes through skilled assessment, planning, and collaboration. Key Responsibilities: Provide coordinated nursing care for assigned patients, utilizing critical thinking and professional judgment. Supervise and direct nursing staff activities, delegating tasks appropriately. Collect, analyze, and utilize patient health data to develop and implement individualized care plans. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, patients, and families to promote a healing and safe environment. Participate in discharge planning for continuity of care. Conduct patient and team education to enhance health literacy and care quality. Maintain compliance with facility and department-specific certifications and standards. Qualifications and Experience: Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice is required. Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred. Acute care facility experience preferred. Required certifications include Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).
