Job Description Gould Medical Group is looking for a BE/BC Palliative Care Physician in Modesto, CA. Gould Medical Group is a growing, approximately 525 provider multi-specialty group located about two hours east of San Francisco, California. Our communities offer quick access to the bay area as well as other hot spots such as Napa Valley, Yosemite, and Lake Tahoe. Position Details: - Starting base salary: $285,000 - Two-year salary guarantee - Sign-on bonus - Palliative Medicine consultation services in multiple settings: Hospital, Office and Home. - Coordinate with attending physicians, subspecialists and the Palliative Supportive Care interdisciplinary team to formulate a comprehensive, coordinated and compassionate plan of care for each patient and family facing serious illness. - Facilitate access to appropriate supportive care services.
