Job Details : We are currently seeking a full time, Permanent Clinical Director to join our growing team at our brand new location in Santa Cruz, CA . The successful candidate will be responsible for the leadership and oversight of the behavioral health programs through integration of clinical supervision, program operations and quality assurance. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement clinical programs that align with the organization's strategic plan. - Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the clinical staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality behavioral health services. - Collaborate with other department heads and medical staff to identify and address patient care needs and issues. - Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to behavioral health services. - Foster a supportive and compassionate environment for patients and their families. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of latest trends and advancements in the field of behavioral health. - Conduct regular staff meetings to discuss patient care, department operations, and any other pertinent issues. - Coordinate with community agencies and other healthcare providers to promote integrated care for patients. - Implement and oversee quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction.
