skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team
for a 13-week contract working within a Skilled Nursing Facility
setting. This role includes a 30-hour weekly guarantee and offers
the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while providing
patient-centered rehabilitative care. Responsibilities: Deliver
high-quality occupational therapy services in a skilled nursing
environment Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment
plans Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary care team
Document progress according to professional and regulatory
standards Contribute to patient education and discharge planning as
needed Job Details: Contract Length: 13 weeks Hours: Guaranteed 30

current Occupational Therapy state license Minimum 1 year of OT
