Yes Are Temp Privileges Available No Do you only want to see CV's with an Active License Yes Coverage Type Clinic and Call How many Patients will Locum see per day 20 Is there rounding? yes Avg patients they round on? yes Patients per shift Beds in department How many calls do they get while on call? Call Details- assigned/unassigned patients or both both Call typer- Inhouse, beeper, 2nd call/backup Average call per 24Hr- Phone Consults, patients seen, admissions How many hours does it take to Round? How many times do they get called back in a 24 hr shift? EMR system in clinic and Hospital Cerner at hospital and Athena in office Is there support staff? Define the number RN's, MA's, PA/NP's, Office/Staff office staff and CMA's Certifications Required- ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS, Other ACLS What type of Surgeries or Procedures do they have to do Urology procedures Will Provider be required to supervise advance practice providers?
