Registered Nurse (RN) | Case Manager Location: Santa Rosa, CA Agency: Lancesoft Inc Pay: $3,100 to $3,181 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position > W2 Wage (RTOT based on expected hrs) $ 1,480.00 > Nontaxable Weekly PerDiem $ 1,701.00 Total Weekly Gross Pay Package $ 3,181.00 Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:30) Note : 2-year acute Hospital Case Manager experience performing Care Coordination, Discharge Planning in a very fast paced environment. Certification Required: BLS Weekends Required: 2 weekends every 6 weeks Call not required Will this traveler need to float between like units? Yes, based on need Locals accepted?
