Full-Time with Flexible Shifts The Mammography Technologist III is
responsible for conducting both screening and diagnostic
mammography, as well as breast sonography. This role involves
assisting radiologists with specialized tasks, including needle
localizations and biopsies. The technologist must adhere to
radiation safety protocols, deliver essential patient care during
radiological procedures, and may operate a mobile mammography unit.
ARRT certification and relevant experience are required, with a
strong emphasis on compassionate care and teamwork within a

position entails providing screening and diagnostic mammography and
breast sonography for radiologist interpretation. If the primary
focus includes special procedures, the technologist will assist the
radiologist with needle localizations and biopsies while ensuring
patient care during these radiological tasks. Adherence to
radiation protection principles is essential. Additional
responsibilities may include general radiographic and office tasks
as needed. For those assigned to the mobile mammography unit,
driving to various locations within the community is required. All

Shift Details: Options include 4x10 hour shifts or 5x8 hour shifts.

Responsibilities: Conduct screening and diagnostic mammography and
breast sonography for radiologist review. Assist in special
procedures, including needle localizations and biopsies, while
providing necessary patient care. Implement radiation protection
principles consistently. Support general radiographic and office
tasks as required. Drive the mobile mammography unit to various
locations if assigned to the mobile unit. Perform all duties in
alignment with our mission and values. Qualifications: Experience:
Minimum of 2 years in a relevant field. Education: Completion of an
accredited Radiological Technology program. Certifications: State
licensure may be necessary based on the practice location. Must
hold ARRT certification. R.T.(M) R.T.(BS) or RDMS(BR) or obtain
mammography certification (Breast Ultrasound Certification). Other:
Proficiency in Breast Biopsy and Needle Localization procedures.
