Job Description Job Description Overview of the RN-Specialty Position: The RN-Specialty position entails delivering expert nursing care under the guidance of physicians within a medical setting, with a particular emphasis on pediatric patients, including those diagnosed with autism. Candidates must possess a valid nursing license, have experience in pediatrics, and demonstrate effective, empathetic communication skills with both patients and their families. Overview This role involves providing professional nursing support to patients in a medical practice, following the directives of physicians. Responsibilities include assisting in patient treatment and managing associated clinical documentation. Position Details: Qualifications: Education: Completion of an accredited nursing program. Licensure: Must hold a current and valid state nursing license. Experience: Required pediatric experience Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with parents or guardians of children with autism.
