Platform team's mission is to ensure Adobe's creative products are
built with extensibility in mind. Adobe Express is the quick and
easy creative-anything app and platform for everyone from small
businesses to enterprise teams to students and teachers. Built on
this platform, the Adobe Express Embed SDK empowers partners and
customers to seamlessly integrate Adobe's generative and editing
superpowers into their own applications, enabling users to build
and publish content without leaving their workflow.The
OpportunityWe are seeking a visionary and technically proficient
Principal Product Manager to own the evolution of embeddable
creative experiences across our platform. In this strategic role,
you will be responsible for the roadmap for Embedded experiences
within partner applications like Box, Miro, and EA Sports. You will
drive platform-level decisions, and influence partner integration
strategy across multiple partner surfaces.What You'll Do
- Own Product Vision and Strategy: Define and drive the long-term
roadmap for partner Embedded experiences, ensuring it meets the
needs of developers, end users, and strategic partners.
- Cross-Functional Influence: Partner with engineering, design,
architecture, and business teams to align efforts and define
scalable, modular solutions.
- Partner Engagement: Serve as the voice of strategic partners
and high-impact developers, translating their feedback into product
capabilities that drive adoption.
- Platform Thinking: Guide architectural decisions that enable
embeddable solutions across Adobe's ecosystem, from Acrobat and
Express to external platforms.
- Mentorship and Leadership: Collaborate with and support senior
product managers, contributing to a high-performance product
culture.What You'll Bring
- Experience: 10+ years in product management with significant
experience in platform, SDK, extensibility products, and mobile
application development strongly preferred.
- Technical Acuity: Comfortable working with APIs, SDKs, and
front-end frameworks; able to drive conversations with architects
and engineers.
- Communication Skills: Strong executive presence, can
communicate complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical
audiences.
- Ecosystem Mentality: Deep understanding of developer experience
and the value of extensible platforms.
- Teamwork: Proven ability to align cross-functional teams and
drive progress through influence.
- Strategic Storyteller: An outstanding Product Manager is an
extraordinary storyteller, and in clearly written product
requirements.Preferred Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in
Computer Science, Engineering, Product Design. MBA or advanced
technical degree is a plus.
- Creative Tools Experience: Familiarity with design software,
content creation platforms, or creative workflows.
- Developer Platform Background: Experience building or scaling
SDKs, APIs, or platform ecosystems.Our compensation reflects the
cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay
differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for
this positionis $145,100 -- $273,200 annually. Paywithin this range
varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related
knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more

expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission),
and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission
plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base

long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity
