As a Technical Project Manager, you will oversee and coordinate the development of TCGplayer's next generation point of sale software - a critical component of a Local Game Store's business and TCGplayer's business strategy. You will play a crucial role in driving the success of technology initiatives that deliver value to our customers. This position requires a strategic thinker who can manage complex projects while fostering collaboration and innovation across teams. What you will accomplish:

• Coordinate with engineering managers, and other project managers, to create detailed project plans that outline specific tasks, timelines, milestones, and resources required to achieve project goals.
• Prepare comprehensive project reports and presentations that provide insights into project status, risks, and outcomes.
• Create RAID logs to identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and quality.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including clients, team members, and upper management. Regularly update stakeholders on project progress and potential issues.
• Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met.
• Continuously evaluate project management processes and make recommendations for improvements.
• This is a hands-on role; you will be responsible for creating many types of project artifacts and deliverables.
  What you will bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (professional certification such as PMP is desirable).
  • 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager managing large-scale and complex projects in an Agile software development company.
  • Proficient with Jira Software; especially Reporting and Advanced Roadmaps.
  • Familiarity with other project management software (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Monday).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a strong attention to detail regarding deadlines and milestones.
