than $9 billion in assets.Overview:In this role, responsibilities
include managing the product roadmap, and deriving and applying
analytical insights to drive portfolio optimization. Member
experience will be an important aspect for this role across
different interaction points. You will engage with cross-functional
teams and develop new product ideas and features that support
member financial health and well-being. You will also provide
strategic insights that will contribute to allowing us to grow the
business and improve our position as a leader in card or deposit
products. The successful candidate will be well versed in all areas
of product development, acquisition, activation, usage, retention,
and other facets of portfolio
management.Responsibilities:Prioritize and deliver in partnership
with cross functional teams the key capabilities and initiatives
needed to achieve growth plan across the full value chain inclusive
of: acquisition, usage and retention marketing, distribution across
physical and remote/digital channels, card member experience,
account opening efficiency and card servicing. This applies to
usage and member engagement as well.Monitor vendor performance and
standards; conduct due diligence reviewManage existing rewards
program and improve rewards redemptionPartner with internal and
external teams to design, implement, and launch new products
dedicated to the household relationshipManage and enhance existing
products in order to maximize consumer engagement thereby
delivering enhanced value.Develop financial forecast for a product
line and subsequently, develop action plans that meet short- and
long-term financial objectives for the business.Work with
developers and other subject matter experts to get project
requirements well scoped, designed and built for optimal member
experience in an agile environment.Reviews laws and regulations
that impact compliance requirements, with emphasis on the Bank
Secrecy Act, Patriot Act, OFAC, and TISA.Assess risk potential of
current procedures and institute new internal controls that
minimize the credit unions exposure.Maintain knowledge and
understanding of current trends, issues, and best practices.Gathers
and uses customer research and insights to enhance the value
propositionDevelop plan to attract consumer segments with products
and features to grow the business in support of Patelco's strategic
plan.Identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that
grow the business and improve member experience.Prioritize, manage
and deliver, in partnership with cross functional teams, key
projects and initiatives needed to achieve growth plan across the
full value chain inclusive of: product acquisition, usage and
retention, marketing, distribution across physical and
remote/digital channels, deposit member experience, account opening
efficiency and servicing.Manage the product life cycle for the
product portfolio.Manage strategic vendor relationships, monitor
vendor performance and standards; conduct due diligence
reviews.Work with developers and other subject matter experts to
get project requirements well scoped, designed and built for
optimal member experience in an agile environment.Be knowledgeable
of and comply with applicable laws and regulations to ensure the
credit union and its disclosures are in compliance.Address
escalated issues to resolve deposit-related product, process, and
procedure problems.Develop processes, procedures and policies
required for the credit union's $10 billion readiness
program.Maintain knowledge and understanding of current trends,
competition, regulatory action, issues, and best practices.Gather
and apply consumer and member research and insights to enhance the
assigned deposit products and service value proposition.Strong
interpersonal and influencing skills - ability to interact with
colleagues at all levelsStrong emerging end-to-end generalist
problem solving skillsPerforming competitor/industry research
leveraging both public and non-public sourcesAmbitious, go-getter,
and results oriented with willingness to roll up the sleeves and
dive into data, processes, and analytics.Qualifications:10+ years
progressively responsible work experience in the financial services
industry, to include experience in ATM, credit, and debit card
services7+ years in product management in the financial services
industry (banks, credit unions, fintechs, credit cards)Extensive
knowledge of Credit, Debit, ATM cards (products and
services)Knowledge of MasterCard, Fidelity (FIS) and Co-Op or other
card processing networks such as FD, TSYSAdvanced/Expert level with
Excel requiredPossess excellent leadership and communication
skillsAdvanced knowledge in the Microsoft suiteBe able to
effectively prioritize and multi-task projectsWill be
detail-oriented including ability to think strategically and
execute methodicallyThe successful candidate must be creative and a
strategic thinker who is a team player and thrives in a fast-paced
environment, willing to roll up their sleeves to meet goals and
objectives.This role is eligible for hybrid work
arrangements.Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business
Administration or related field, or commensurate work
experience.Target Base Pay:$112161 - $140201 / yearCompensation at
