Working with these partners, in conjunction with our scienti---c founders, Drs. -Rox Anderson, -Dieter Manstein, and -Henry Chan, R2 Technologies is launching the Glacial - -brands into the market in 2021. - -ABOUT YOU: The primary responsibility of our Practice Development Manager will be to provide ongoing training and practice guidance, while implementing account specific strategies to increase utilization with existing and new customers. -You will work directly with the Regional Practice Manager to ensure consumable sales quotas are to be met and/or exceeded within the assigned territory. You will also collaborate with Area Sales Managers to help support new customer acquisition activities such as in-person or virtual demos. Territories will be reviewed and adjusted in alignment with the needs of a growing customer base. -
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING (OTHER DUTIES MAY BE ASSIGNED):

  • Emphasize business development and training opportunities based on the physician/office needs'
  • Oversee the maintenance of good account relationships, the development and implementation of innovative ideas and methodologies to increase consumable pull through
  • Meet routinely with customers (physicians/practice owners) to facilitate thorough business reviews with the intent to: grow Glacial Rx's practice footprint, enhance patient experience, and ensure best practices are being implemented while striving to maximize portfolio of treatment opportunities
  • Presenting and reinforcing the company's value proposition to differentiate R2 from competitive offerings -
  • Work collaboratively with our Area Sales Managers and Clinical Educators to amplify a customer-centric partnership
  • Manage new physician's on-boarding process for smooth opening/transition of practice, in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Support and Clinical Education Teams
  • Responsible for contributing to a high-performance collaborative PDM team
  • Help corporate teams obtain timely customer feedback and spearhead the commercial rollout of new products or programs
  • Continue to strengthen practice relationships and cultivate territory to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual quotas
  • Attends regular marketing and sales meetings and strategy sessions to remain informed on internal practices and external communications
  • Attend and represent company at various trade association meetings and exhibits to promote our product(s) -Report accurate forecasting (monthly/quarterly account revenue stream analysis) and expense management -
    QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
    • BA/BS or 5 years of sales experience in the MedTech industry
    • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
    • Must be result-oriented with multiple years of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
    • Excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate positive working relationships across the organization and marketplace
    • High-level of integrity
    • Proficient in Microsoft office suite and SalesforceMust have strong inner drive and self-discipline -

        • Ability to sit, stand and/or walk for no less than 8 hours a day
