Key Deliverables:
--- Execute core BHR role with client groups including HR Cycles/ HR processes,
Talent Acquisition actions, Talent Management development plans and NOP actions
--- Execute communication plan for 2023 Engagement Survey and action planning
--- Actively participate/lead engagement initiative through the People Committee
--- Report on people and data analytics including key metrics, business drivers and needs
--- Implement EEDI/Culture initiatives & act as regional lead on Corporate committee

What type of training will be provided to support success?
HR COE's, BHR Site Lead-Stephanie, BHR Director-Charlotte, Possible travel to other site's during onboarding for job shadowing opportunities
Travel:
Preferably, candidate that can travel between Dublin and Livermore sites as needed.
What previous experience, functional & technical knowledge should a BHR Specialist have to be successful?
--- Previous familiarity with an operations function
--- Previous talent management experience
--- Previous experience with succession planning and engagement surveys
--- Previous experience with human resources and collaboration/partnership with client groups and COE partners such as talent acquisition, legal, employee relations.
--- Experience with organizational change and change management

Qualifications
Strong verbal, written and presentation skills.
5+ years Human Resources experience.
Must have moderate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications: Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of business and HR principles and practices gained through multiple business cycles in HR.
Understands the regulations and policies affecting HR and the business. Knowledge/experience with California preferred.
Bachelor's degree preferred.

Spotlight Call Notes:
Considered for a feeder pool, to be considered for a future FTE role with team.
Ideally, whenever can be identified by end of year, work through end of next year.
In this time frame, if we identify something that makes sense for them, would release them for an FTE role
Not long term, at most a year, with potentially ability to be converted.
Super strong candidate, step up candidate, can be open as well, would partner with a peer in CA, can be open to higher level bill rates
Super positive individual, super rigorous organizational redesigns that will be happening, 255 total that will be managing and partnering with the one person in Dublin Ca, need someone who understands customer experience and how to redevelop the site.
Has pieces of total rewards, benefits, ect. Will have the feel for a start up company...
Years' experience and titles that have worked well in the past are great experience with organizational design and restructuring, usually about 7 years' experience as a minimum. Years' up to 20 plus, most important that we have more then less experience.
Employee Relations is important, nice job and diverse site. A lot of folks are more junior in their careers and able to support this type of employee.
Experience in a matrixed organization where you have to hunt and find the answer, being able to be persistent to work through who is the contact for what.
Location: Dublin is where main site is. We do cold cool sculpting out there, the assembly for this. Operators are working in cells, small work stations, where the products, units, etc are assembled, sold across the world.
Supporting this site with what ever is needed with the one HR Partner there. About 200 FTE's at this site.
