Managing relationship with and providing direction to vendor(s)Developing and monitoring budgets and forecastsDeveloping, measuring and reporting on success of the program - - Partnering with the Marketing organization, vendors and external partners to develop and implement strategies to reach appropriate customer audience at the appropriate timeIdentifying and maintaining strong working relationships with all strategic programs and partnersPartnering with Regulatory and Compliance staff to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and support regulatory activities by supplying information for filings, data requests, and meeting with regulators.Identifying stakeholders and communicate within and outside of PG&E - - - -
Developing and/or implementing policies and procedures Identifying new partners, technologies, and delivery channels - -Reporting Relationship -The Quality Control Program Manager, Chief reports into the Sr. Director, Quality and Inspection. -Job Responsibilities -
  • Understands the interdependencies between risks and helps identifies mutually beneficial mitigation strategies.
  • Develops and delivers process improvement recommendations to Manager and/or Directors. Gains agreement for changes. May deliver presentations to Managers, Directors, or VP.
  • Develops and/or provides significant input to PG&E leadership, as well as other utilities with similar programs, industry and/or regulatory decision makers to influence marketplace and regulatory strategies impacting PG&E and its customers.
  • Demonstrates strategic leadership with internal stakeholders to support company goals. Collaborates across organization, and with other departments and teams to ensure alignment of goals to support program.
  • Provides leadership, direction, and assistance to technical employees and cross-functional teams. Coaches and develops others
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with business units and external agencies.
  • Develops and implements effective business strategies in support of the company and department.
  • May manage major cross-functional projects and initiatives.
  • Maintains Leadership-level relationships to discuss strategy and status of work efforts.
