and to discuss any potential accommodations.JOB SUMMARY/OVERVIEWThe
Internal Communications Manager will be responsible for ensuring a
cohesive narrative across all employee communication platforms and
channels. They will build crucial messaging and advise internal
partners on a wide range of projects.The Internal Communications
Manager will be expected to write, edit, publish and share
compelling narratives and content that connect our people to
TriNet's strategy and advance our culture. An understanding and
familiarity with communications technology, including company
intranets, is required. A skilled writer and communicator with an
ability to convey messages clearly and consistently, they will
develop communications deliverables and publish content across a
variety of internal vehicles including the company intranet, email
and other key channels.ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Write, edit, publish and share compelling narratives and
content that connect employees to TriNet's strategy and advance our
culture
- Partner with internal team members, and across Corporate
Communications, to develop and complete communication plans
- Write and develop communications deliverables, and publish
content across a variety of internal channels including internal
news and blog narratives, video, emails, social media and web
- Write and develop communications deliverables and publish
content across a variety of internal vehicles including the company
intranet, email and other key channels. Ensure strategic message
alignment and consistency across all internal/employee
touchpoints
- Develop and track metrics specific to internal communications
and engagement
- Analyze efficiency of communications efforts, improve existing
processes, and research new communication approaches
- Champion an inclusive and diverse culture for our
employees
- Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the
manager's discretion.JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: Bachelor's degree required in Journalism, English,
or Communications
- Training Requirements (licenses, programs, or certificates): A
dedication to life-long learning and professional development is
requiredExperience:
- Minimum 5+ years' experience in internal/employee communication
in a corporate environment
- Demonstrated experience developing communications strategies,
implementing communications plans and supervising the success of
those efforts.
- An accomplished storyteller, with excellent writing,
proofreading, and editing skills for a variety of internal media
and channels
- Strong communication planning and content organization
skills
- Knowledgeable in tracking employee awareness and feedback,
platform adoption rates, key message penetration and resonance
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the
ability to clearly articulate company strategy and cultureOther
