The Systems Administration Manager is accountable for maintaining
and executing Allocation processes, tools and reports, including,
but not limited to: auto filter maintenance, PLRs, PCAs, need
calculations and class/store exception reporting. The Systems
Administration Manager is responsible for resolving defects in the
Allocation department's processes, tools, reports, systems and
capabilities. The Systems Administration Manager supports the
Systems Administrators to provide on-going issue resolution and
day-to-day support. The Systems Administration Manager also
provides day-to-day support for the Plan Achievement Analysts and
Sr. Plan Achievement Analysts. The Systems Administration Manager
assigns ownership for all functional reports (e.g., exception and
"watch out" reports) and ensures reporting is completed on
time.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
Advanced MS Excel skills including: pivot tables, macros, advanced
formulas (e.g., v-lookup, etc.) and data formatting
4 - 6 years experience related work experience
2 - 4 years experience managing people
Working knowledge of: RDW, Toad, APX, SQL, and MS Access
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/ADA:
Job requires ability to work in an office environment, primarily on
a computer.
Requires sitting, standing, walking, hearing, talking on the
telephone, attending in-person meetings, typing, and working with
paper/files, etc.
Consistent timeliness and regular attendance.
Vision requirements: Ability to see information in print and/or
electronically.
