With a number of internal promotions this year an opportunity has opened up for a Project Manager to lead the build for a 350+ unit development near Dublin, California.Your new role As the successful Lead Multifamily Project Manager on this high profile project your role your key task will be to create the budget, maintain the schedule and work heavily with the Project Management & Field team to deliver a high quality product. You will support the Director of Construction with monthly meetings and reports to the Investors & Executive team on project progress. What you'll need to succeed The position requires at least 10+ years construction experience with at least the last 5 years focused on multifamily projects and you must have lead at least 1 project of 100+ units from start to close. A strong wood structure background is most attractive as well as some experience in finishing out high end amenity spaces.
