Location: Remote
Duration: Direct Hire

Summary:
The Senior Manager, Infrastructure Operations is part of the Infrastructure Operations and Security leadership team overseeing the provision of support services for servers, SaaS services, data center, and cloud operations. Managing processes and delegating tasks aimed at improving system stability and performance, maintaining and improving the security posture of the systems, monitoring system health, and troubleshooting and resolving issues, the Senior Manager owns accountability for providing support that maximizes financial performance, optimizes operation procedures, and improves efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Automate the provisioning of cloud network infrastructure to support the agile development of cloud-native services.
  • Develop and oversee processes for all Cloud Services, including infrastructure operations, release management, event management, incident management, problem management, configuration management and change management.
  • Implement network management tools to provide monitoring and management of all Network Infrastructure.
  • Define and report Key Performance Indicators to monitor network health.
  • Participate in network outage analysis to prevent the reoccurrence of incidents.
  • Oversee, direct, and organize the work of the Infrastructure Operations team.
  • Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement that values learning and a commitment to quality.
  • Ensure staff members receive timely and appropriate feedback, training, and development.
  • Establish and monitor staff performance and development goals - assign accountabilities, set objectives, establish priorities.
  • Conduct regular performance appraisals. Ensure adherence to established company policies and procedures and promptly correct deficiencies with staff if need arises.Qualifications:
    Minimum Education, Experience & Training Equivalent to:
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent technology discipline and/ or equivalent related technology experience.
    • 12 Years plus experience in a hands-on network engineering and operations role.
    • 12 years of Linux and/or Windows experience (Windows Group Policy, Linux Hardening, Active Directory).
    • 5 years of experience with large scale internet application architectures, clustering, high availability, virtualization, and networking architectures.
    • Experience in managing SaaS or Cloud services.
    • 5 Years hands-on experience with technologies like Cisco Meraki, Windows Servers, AWS, Azure, SSO, Office 365, Reverse Proxies and VPNs.
    • 5 years of experience in capacity management of Network infrastructure services.
    • 5 years of experience automating infrastructure in a cloud environment.
    • Experience with cloud-based disaster recovery and HA system development.
    • 5 years plus of experience with the use and implementation of monitoring and management frameworks, specifically for the cloud and physical network infrastructure.
    • Human Services or Healthcare industry experience preferred.
      Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
      • Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional, interdisciplinary teams to achieve tactical and strategic goals.
      • Strong written and verbal communication skills, good judgment and decision-making skills, high ethical standards, and a strong work ethic are a must.
        • Ability to work in an exciting, fast paced high energy environment, managing day-to-day responsibilities without supervision while effectively multitasking.
        • Strong interpersonal skills; able to work comfortably with individuals at all levels within the organization.
        • Ability to maintain the highest levels of confidentiality.
