Pay - 120k-150k, bonus that caps at 48k company vehicle / Allowance, gas card, other great benefits Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled General Superintendent to oversee exterior reconstruction projects within Homeowners Associations (HOA) for multifamily units. The successful candidate will manage all on-site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Oversee all phases of exterior reconstruction projects for multifamily properties within designated HOAs. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and on-site staff to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Communicate effectively with HOA representatives, stakeholders, and staff to provide project updates and address any concerns. Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful project execution. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and compliance records. Qualifications Proven experience as a Superintendent in exterior envelope reconstruction projects, preferably in multifamily settings. Strong understanding of HOA regulations and multifamily construction requirements. Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams effectively. In-depth knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and quality control standards. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, subcontractors, and team members. - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
