Job Description:
Job Duties for the Accounts Receivable Clerk:
MUST HAVE QUICKBOOKS EXPERIENCE
Collection and billing
Would like the candidate to have strong knowledgeable in
QuickBooks
Must be able to enter hours into QuickBooks
Prepare invoices payables, reimbursements and credit cards for data
entry
Assign Purchase Orders, verify backups, obtain approvals
Heavy Collections
Filing, faxing, coping, answering phones and any other general
administrative duties
Participate in continuous improvement of processes in the
office
Understand that things change frequently here so they have to be
able to adapt to change quickly
Be able to take direction from Management
Someone with previous collections experience
Position Requirements:
Previous work experience in a construction company preferred
although not mandatory
MS Office required.
Excellent customer service, written and oral communication
skills.
Professional demeanor and a positive attitude
